Return Policy
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You may return an unopened/unused purchase in it’s original packaging within 30 days from receipt of your order. If it’s been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Art and illustration commissions
- Design services
- Sale items
To begin a return, please email amber@heyambermorgan.com and provide your name and order number, which is available on your original order email.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days based on your bank or payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at amber@heyambermorgan.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Damaged Packages or Product
If an order arrives damaged, please send an email with photos to amber@heyambermorgan.com. Once approved, I will ship a free replacement of the same item(s) damaged and waive any shipping charge.
